# Bagaimana jika saya gagal login karena lupa password akun PPSDM?

1. Silakan akses portal PPSDM atau tautan <https://ppsdm.lkpp.go.id/>
2. Pilih tombol Login
3. Klik tombol “bantuan” pada tabel
4. Pilih Lupa Password
5. Silahkan masukan email/NIP yang anda daftarkan lalu klik tombol kirim link reset password.
6. Password baru akan kami kirim melalui email user.
