# Bagaimana jika Peserta Ujian belum menerima sertifikat melebihi batas waktu?

Jika Peserta belum menerima sertifikat dalam waktu tersebut dapat mengajukan permintaan sertifikat secara tertulis melalui surat resmi kepada Pelaksana Ujian yang ditembuskan ke Direktorat Sertifikasi Profesi, atau dapat menyampaikan pertanyaan/keluhan melalui layanan konsultasi pada alamat <https://sertifikasipbj.lkpp.go.id>
